Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, all parties listed below can be reached by telephone at (828) 884-3174. Individual extensions are listed for your convenience as well as e-mail addresses.

If you need to make a report of adult or child maltreatment, please press option 1 upon reaching our office and ask for Adult or Child Protective Services intake. Your confidentiality will be maintained in these situations. Emergency reports of Adult Protective Services or Child Protective Services after regular office hours can be reported by calling 911.
