Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in special session on Monday, June 18, 2012 at
7:00 p.m. in the Rogow Room at the Transylvania County Library. The purpose of the meeting was to hold
a public hearing on the FY 2013 Budget proposal.
Commissioners present were Vice-Chairman Larry Chapman, Jason Chappell, Chairman Mike Hawkins,
Daryle Hogsed, and Kelvin Phillips. Also present were County Manager Artie Wilson, Finance Director
Gay Poor, Human Resources Director Sheila Cozart, and Clerk to the Board Trisha Hogan.
