Notice is hereby given that Transylvania County is soliciting bids for The Transylvania County Courthouse Cupola Repairs. The courthouse is located at 7 East Main Street, Brevard, North Carolina.
A copy of the IFB with detailed specifications, information, and selection criteria may be obtained, beginning April 18, 2018 from Jennifer Galloway at the Transylvania County Finance Department, 101 South Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, at [email protected], or at 828-884-3104 x 114.
Proposals must be received by Jennifer Galloway at the address shown above no later than 12:00 PM EST, March 17, 2018. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, April 3rd at 10:00 AM EST. Per NCGS 143-129.8 proposals shall remain confidential until the contract is awarded; therefore, there will not be a public bid opening.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
