TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY BEING SOLD AT AUCTION
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 160A-270, the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners will sell by electronic auction the real property listed below. The list of real property is also available in the office of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners.
The auction is scheduled to begin on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. and end on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. These properties can be bid on at https://www.GovDeals.com/tcncre.
Transylvania County reserves the right to withdraw the properties from sale at any time, and the right to reject all bids. The sale is not final until the bid has been accepted by the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners.
