Notice is hereby given that Transylvania County is soliciting bids for audit services for Volunteer Fire and Rescue Departments.
A copy of the RFP with detailed specifications, information, and selection criteria may be obtained, beginning December 19, 2023 from Jennifer Galloway at the Transylvania County Finance Department, 101 South Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, at [email protected], or at 828-884-3100.
Proposals must be received by Jennifer Galloway, Purchasing Coordinator, at the address shown above no later than 4:00 PM EST, January 23, 2024. Per NCGS 143-129.8 proposals shall remain confidential until the contract is awarded; therefore, there will not be a public bid opening.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
