Sign up is required. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. The public comment period will close when there are no more speakers, or the 15-minute limit is reached. Anyone wishing to make public comment may do so in person, or they may email their comments to [email protected]. Comments received by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be shared during the meeting within the Board’s guidelines.
