Speakers wishing to address a particular agenda item may request to do so prior to a motion being made to
consider that agenda item. Speakers will be limited to three minutes and the chair will
determine when public
comment will end. An effort will be made to alternate speakers with opposing views.
All items listed below are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. No separate discussion will
be held except on a request of a member of the Board of Commissioners.
