- Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the months of January, March, May, July, September and November (unless otherwise posted) in the Rogow Room on the first floor of the Transylvania County Library, located at 212 S. Gaston St., Brevard.
- The Library Foundation Board of Directors meets at 3:30 p.m. immediately followed by the Board of Trustees at approximately 4:15 p.m.
