After completing various classes, tests and required criteria, Jessica MccalI (Transylvania County Tax Administrator) received certifications as a County Assessor from the North Carolina Department of Revenue, Deputy Tax Collector with the North Carolina Tax Collector’s Association and North Carolina Property Mapper with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State. McCall also completed the 2017 Leadership Academy series through EAN.
