Notice is hereby given that the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners will meet in a special session on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. prior to the regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. for the sole purpose of meeting in a closed session in accordance with the N.C.G.S. 143-318.11 (a) (3) To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, which privilege is hereby acknowledged, and (a) (4) To discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the public body. The closed session will be held in the Arthur C. Wilson, Jr. Conference Room located in the Transylvania County Administration Building, 101 S. Broad St., Brevard, NC.
