Notice is hereby given that the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on entering into an Installment Financing Agreement at its regular meeting on Monday, March 13th, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers at the County Administration Building, located at 101 S. Broad St., Brevard. The County is proposing to borrow up to $5.5 million for the purposes of constructing and furnishing an Emergency Medical Services department ambulance base.
The meeting will be held in compliance with the North Carolina Open Meetings Law and will be open to the public. The meeting facilities are handicap accessible and anyone requiring special assistance should notify the County Clerk at 884-1936 as soon as possible.
