Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the proposed nomination for the Elizur and Ann Patton House to be on the National Register of Historic Places application that was submitted to the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM before the Transylvania County Joint Historic Preservation Commission.
The Transylvania County Joint Historic Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Cooperative Extension Learning Lab, on the First Floor of the Community Services Building, 106 E. Morgan Street, Brevard NC 28712.

This application may be inspected at Transylvania County Transportation Office (106 E. Morgan Street, Suite 207, Brevard, NC) from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Written comments should be directed to Jacob Compher before January 13, 2026.
