County Manager Jaime Laughter and Library Director Anna Yount, along with Amy Garmer, Director of the Aspen Institute Dialog on Public Libraries, will present a webinar for the International City/County Management Association on July 12, 2017. The webinar will focus on the collaboration between local government leaders and libraries to engage in active information sharing about community issues and designing more effective strategies for aligning library services with community priorities. Participants will learn practical strategies for implementing the Aspen Action Guide as part of a community-wide strategic planning process that raises the value of the public library as a tool in the toolkit of local governments.
